Gaste is 11 years old and from Chencha, a mountaintop city located in the southern part of Ethiopia.
Gatse is in 4th grade, attends her local school, and loves to learn. She enjoys spending time with her friends and playing games whenever she can.
Gaste is seeking sponsorship due to extreme poverty. She is currently living with her mother, one brother, and three sisters in a rented house. Her mother is unable to earn enough to cover the family’s living costs or provide school materials. Sponsorship will help provide Gaste with essentials such as food, clothing, medical care, and school fees so she can continue learning and thrive.
