ABOUT ONESIMUS USA
In 2022, Nega Meaza and Onesimus helped establish Onesimus USA, Inc., a nonprofit organization organized and operated as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
Onesimus USA, Inc. exists to make known the good news of Jesus Christ to every child in Ethiopia, especially those living in spiritual darkness and without parents, homes, or basic daily necessities.
Onesimus USA accomplishes its mission by raising financial support and awareness for gospel-centered, soul-redeeming, and life-changing charitable activities that align with its mission and exempt purposes. In furtherance of these purposes, Onesimus USA may provide support to charitable efforts carried out by Onesimus Child Development Association (Onesimus CDA) and Onesimus Ministry in Ethiopia, subject to the independent discretion, oversight, and approval of the Onesimus USA Board of Directors.
This website is created, owned, and managed by Onesimus USA as part of its charitable mission.

ABOUT ONESIMUS, ONESIMUS CDA, ONESIMUS MINISTRY, AND ONESIMUS USA
Onesimus USA operates as a separate and independent legal entity from Onesimus Ministry and Onesimus Child Development Association (Onesimus CDA) in Ethiopia. While Onesimus USA may describe the work being carried out by Onesimus CDA and Onesimus Ministry for the purpose of education and awareness, such descriptions do not imply shared governance, agency, or operational control.
Any collaboration or support provided by Onesimus USA to Onesimus CDA or Onesimus Ministry does not create a partnership, joint venture, or conduit relationship. Onesimus USA retains full discretion and control over the use of its funds and resources and determines independently how its charitable funds are applied in furtherance of its mission.

INCOME DISCLOSURE
Funds collected through this website, its related links, the Onesimus Sponsorship Program, and other fundraising activities conducted by Onesimus USA are received and administered by Onesimus USA, Inc.
Consistent with its charitable mission, Onesimus USA may allocate funds to support approved charitable activities carried out by Onesimus CDA and Onesimus Ministry in Ethiopia. All such allocations are made at the sole discretion of Onesimus USA and are subject to oversight, accountability, and compliance with applicable U.S. and international laws. Onesimus USA does not act as a conduit or agent for any other organization.
All board members of Onesimus USA serve as unpaid volunteers and are committed to advancing the mission of sharing the Gospel and caring for vulnerable children.
