He is in 5th grade and attends his local school. Matewos enjoys spending time with his friends and loves playing soccer whenever he can. 
 
Matewos is seeking sponsorship due to extreme poverty. He lives with his mother and father, along with one brother and one sister. His family struggles to meet daily needs and currently lives in a rented shanty house in town, with no stable source of income.
Sponsorship will help continue providing Matewos with education, basic necessities, and stability as he works toward a better future.
